Hi, I'm Andrea Lane, and I've been investing in real estate for over 40 years.

I sold the property.
That's how I learned my first lesson: real estate investing without systems isn't investing. It's gambling.

I learned to analyze deals correctly, estimate repairs accurately, vet contractors properly, and choose exit strategies before I bought. When I followed those systems, I made money. When I didn't, I lost money.
